35 minute recovery run

I started the day at 07:00 with a 35 minute recovery run in the snow. It was absolutely lovely outside with no wind, dry air, and snow on the track to run on. Unfortunately my Nike Run app stopped tracking my run for the last three minutes. I think I accidentally turned it off with the assistive touch function on my Apple Watch.

I’ve been doing Tuesday morning runs since September last year and I’m enjoying them a lot. It makes such a difference to start the day after doing sports in the morning.
