Runlog – 20240119

Again a 07:00 run this morning. This time a short 30 minute exercise including a 15 minute ‘fartlek’ on the track. Up next is a long run, it’s planned for Sunday.

I’m quite happy with how I’m able to keep my running rhythm this winter. In previous years I wasn’t able to keep up my 3 days a week running schedule in Dec-Feb due to the long nights and short days. I guess I will be starting spring a lot fitter this year.
