As shared in my previous log Iโm mixing my running habit a bit during the previous and current week. Instead of doing an early Tuesday morning run tomorrow, I did a Monday night sunset run.
Tonights run was a distance based tempo run of 12 km in total, which I did as an ‘out-and-back’. 6 km out and 6 km back home.
The goal of this run was to increase the effort given every 2km. All in all a very good workout.
