20 minute Fartlek

This is my first run of this week. I had to break my routine of three runs a week this week due to major renovation work in our house. Because of that work, I didn’t have any time in the morning or evening this week to put in a run.

My ‘comeback run’ today was the same 20 minute Fartlek as this one, which I did on January 27th. The beauty of these fixed time runs is that you can compare them, and use them to see your progression over time.

Today I wasn’t able to do the same distance as on the previous one, too bad. There will be another chance.

๐Ÿ‘Ÿ :30 sec at 5k pace, :30 sec recovery
๐Ÿ” Repeat 4 times
๐Ÿ‘Ÿ :15 sec at 5k pace, :15 sec recovery
๐Ÿ” Repeat 4 times
