20 minute Fartlek

Today was a good day for yet another fartlek run.

I did the 20 minute fartlek, that I’ve done 3 times earlier, this morning. I’m carving this specific run into my plan at different times to see how I’m progressing. It’s easy to see the progression over time as the duration of the exercise is always the same. I covered a total distance of 4,63 km today, 110 meters more than last time and only 20 meters less then my best effort till date.

    1. I’m happy with the small progression that I’m making. Speed and strength take a long time to build up. I guess you know that from walking long distances yourself.
